Group Details
10-Week Group Course
Intuitively You is a 10-week course based in Helena, Montana. Shannon will guide our group through the principles of Intuitive Eating, and facilitate a supportive group culture meant to heal your relationship with your body and food.
Starts October 1, 2025
The small-group setting will encourage supportive dialogue.
Shannon is available for 1:1 coaching and continued support.
HSA/FSA Eligible
The course is $1200 per person, and is FSA/HSA eligible. Our group meets weekly beginning Oct. 1. Details provided upon registration.
Course materials will include the Intuitive Eating Workbook, available at Montana Book Company.
